PTA Universal Bylaws and Standing Rules
The Universal Bylaws are the current operating bylaws for all PTAs in the state of Minnesota.

Standing Rules are new to most local PTA units. They provide processes and details that are not contained in the Universal Bylaws, such as when we meet, officer responsibilities and term lengths, and financial procedures. Unlike Universal Bylaws, Standing Rules may be changed from administration to administration or meeting to meeting.
